Our approach
Water is the expensive problem
Of everything that can go wrong with a motorhome, water damage is one of the most costly, and it is often invisible until it's serious. A small gap in sealant around a vent can soak a ceiling or a wall for months before a stain appears.
We inspect the roof membrane or fiberglass, every seam, vent, A/C unit, antenna and skylight, and the end caps and windows. Sealant is matched to the roof material, because the wrong product can fail to bond or even damage the roof.
After heavy Georgia storms or hail we trace leaks from the inside and outside, find where the water is entering, and reseal it properly instead of covering the stain.
