Our approach
North Georgia freeze nights
North Georgia winters are mild most of the time, which is exactly why they catch owners off guard. A few hard freezes each winter are enough to crack fittings, water pumps and valves in a coach that wasn't prepared.
Winterizing a luxury coach means more than the fresh water lines. Residential fridges with ice makers, washers, dishwashers, hydronic systems and multiple bathrooms each have their own lines and steps. We go through all of them.
In spring we de-winterize, flush and sanitize, check for leaks that showed up over the winter, and clean up after pollen season so the coach is ready for its first trip.

FAQ
Seasonal Prep questions
Before the first hard freeze in the forecast, which often comes in late fall. If the coach will sit unattended through winter, it's better to do it early than wait for a cold snap.
Both methods are used. Blowing out the lines with air removes most water, and RV antifreeze protects traps and parts that hold water. Many owners use a combination, depending on the coach.
Flushing out antifreeze, sanitizing the fresh water system, reconnecting appliances, checking for leaks that developed over winter and testing the water heater and pump.
Address batteries and charging, tanks, tires, openings that pests can use, and a plan for running the generator periodically. We can set this up and check on it during storage.
