Our approach
Root cause first
On a luxury coach, guessing is expensive. A slide that won't move, a dash that throws codes or a breaker that keeps tripping can come from a dozen places, and replacing the most likely part first often means paying for two or three parts that were never the problem.
Modern Class A coaches run multiplex and CAN networks where one control module talks to many loads. A corroded ground or a chewed data line can make a healthy pump or a healthy motor look dead. We test voltage, continuity and communication step by step until the fault has a name.
Intermittent faults get the same patience. We ask when it happens, try to reproduce it, and log what the coach is doing when it fails, so the repair fixes the cause and not the symptom you happened to see that day.

Our standard
The white-glove standard
A luxury coach deserves the same care as the home and the car parked next to it. That means testing before replacing, explaining before quoting, and leaving the coach cleaner than we found it.

FAQ
Diagnostics questions
A conversation about the symptoms, hands-on testing of the affected system and its power and control circuits, and a plain explanation of the cause with a repair plan you approve before we continue.
Often, yes. Intermittent faults take more patience, so we try to reproduce the conditions, check connections and grounds that loosen with heat or vibration, and note what the coach is doing when the fault appears.
If the part is clearly broken, sometimes not. But a part that failed early often failed for a reason, like low voltage or a bad ground, and testing first keeps the new part from failing the same way.
Write down what happens, when it started, any error codes on panels or the dash, and whether the coach was on shore power, generator or batteries at the time. Photos of displays help a lot.
